We’re committed to dismantling systems of oppression both internally and externally so we can experience person and collective freedom from suffering.

The Mind Body Bliss community and platform is all about developing a lasting and loving relationship with ourselves. There is already so much knowledge, wisdom, insight and resource available online and within our communities, we just have to look.

Some resources to help transform our inner world so we can have greater impact on the outer world.

I have got so much to learn. Where I notice my weakness and ignorance I also notice a space for growth.

It’s essential that I transform my understanding of myself, my place in this world, my privilege, and educate myself so I can act. 

I am learning what it means to be an ally and an anti-racist. Unpacking my privilege is a long term challenge that I am engaged in.

We must not cover our eyes to the injustices.

I am starting my journey and sharing all that I find along the way below in the hopes that we can accelerate our growth and the collective revolution we need.

If you see something problematic in my words action or work, call me and let me know. I know I have made mistakes and most likely will do it again – but I seek to learn and grow and evolve. Share your thoughts and resources if you feel so inclined.
