10 minute workouts

10 mins of exercise

Videos are about 12mins with the intro, so set aside 15mins each day to be safe each day.

By the end of the 5 days you will have a full 50 minute workout!

No equipment Needed

All you need is you a phone or laptop and enough space to move in. 

You can work on a towel or rug, you don’t need to have a mat.

Do at home, hotel room, outside or even a sneaky session in your office at work!

All Levels Welcome

Start where you are.

I offer alternatives for different levels.

You can pause the video if you need to go slower.

You can repeat videos to practice.
