Have you heard about Yoga Nidra?  If you haven’t then you’re in for a treat.

When people hear the word yoga, they automatically think about moving around on a mat and getting bendy. But there is none of that here. Yoga Nidra is actually a guided sleep meditation.

Some call it the meditative heart of yoga.

You do not need to do anything other than listen to my voice. You can do it laying down with your eyes closed, or sat safely in a chair. It’s up to you – most people like to do it laying down.

I made this audio for people who don’t have a lot of time, but want to get the benefits of a mindful Nidra practice. It’s also for people who want to see what Nidra is like.

It is a compact 10-minute guide to help you relax and build a mindful awareness of your body. You can use this audio over and over again to reap the benefits of Yoga Nidra and practice building mindfulness of the body and the breath.

It is a great opportunity to relax, relieve stress and tension, and come out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body.
