YOGA NIDRA ✨

This is a class of relaxation where I teach you how to lie in stillness and experience Yoga Nidra. You will learn how to experience deep-state relaxation using the practice of Yoga Nidra (deep-dynamic sleep).

– a 15minute free-flow movement sequence to loosen up the body after a long day

– a Yoga Nidra session where I’ll teach you to lie in stillness a Mindfulness

– a 10minute mindful breathing practice
