“On Monday…

“I’ll start the new diet”

“I’ll use that gym membership”

But what really happens is:


You quit sugar for 10 days only to end up eating cake at a party and think F*&K it and then eat every sweet thing in sight.

You go on a low carb diet for a while, lose weight and then as soon as you stop you pile back all the weight, plus some.

You start reading positive affirmations for a few days, but you have one bad day, think it’s a joke and doesn’t work anyway and never look at them again.

You hire a PT for 4 sessions but it’s really hard and you’re not sure if it’s working so decide to stop it and get an app, only to never really use it.

You buy a new healthy eating cookbook only to find it on top of the fridge 6 months later unused.

Yeah, I’ve done this too.

It’s frustrating as heck and NOT a way of living.
