We stretch out the body, focusing on hips, hamstrings, quads and legs and listen to awesome music on the grass.
Perfect for beginners, office workers and anyone who feels a bit tight, but totally suitable for the more flexible experienced yogi or bendy cat – there are alternatives available for everyone 🙂
This is a slow paced class taking inspiration from dynamic and static stretching and yoga. We will find tight places, stretch them out, roll the pelvis, touch our muscles and massage the body with movement.
It is not a yoga class but you might find some similarities. It is an exploration of your body and learning how to find the edge of your comfort and then sit there a little bit to unlock tension, loosen the muscles and develop more mobility and flexibility.
Bring a jumper and some warm socks 🙂
