We make fitness fun and we listen to awesome music on the feld.

We warm up the body then jump, twist, leap, bounce, squat and wiggle to get the heart beat pumping.

Then we plank, press up, shoulder tap, crunch, and do hard-core core moves. Alternatives available for beginner to advanced.

There is stretching with music class as 10:15 am straight after if you want to join the double class fitness and bliss extravaganza
There is also an indoor version on Wednesday mornings.
