I run regular Fitness classes, Stretching Sessions and Booty Burning classes – all available through Urban Sports Club.
Everyone is welcome – newbie and long-time mover alike.
We are body positive, non-judgemental, non-dogmatic and accepting of everyone who wishes to join us.
The Big Chill – Rest, Release & Recover with Yoga Nidra
Let go of the day, let go of your tension… Experience deep-state relaxation in these weekly drop-in classes using the practice of Yoga Nidra (deep-dynamic sleep).
No experience is necessary, just a willingness to try something new.
