ENGLISH GROUP FITNESS CLASSES IN BERLIN 

MAKING FITNESS FUN

 

 

I run regular fitness classes in English – all available through Urban Sports Club or cash drop in.

 

You will learn how to build fitness and strength in a fun and light-hearted way.

 

Everyone is welcome – newbie and long-time mover alike.

 

We are body positive, non-judgemental, non-dogmatic and accepting of everyone who wishes to join us.
