English Fitness Classes in Berlin
I run regular Fitness classes, Stretching Sessions and Booty Burning classes – all available through Urban Sports Club.
Everyone is welcome – newbie and long-time mover alike.
We are body positive, non-judgemental, non-dogmatic and accepting of everyone who wishes to join us.

* Hatha Yoga Am Feld – calming, grounding yoga in nature
Tuesday @ 18:00 , Thursday @ 17:30 (finishes September 13th)
*Body Blitz – interval training and body weight strength set to music.
Wednesdays @ 11:00, Tai Chi Neukölln (no classes in September)
*Stretch it out – deep stretches for the whole body, no sweat, amazing music.
Wednesdays @ 12:00, Tai Chi Neukölln (no classes in September)
*Booty Burner – a high-intensity fitness class set mostly to Dancehall music – all female and female-identifying bodies welcome.x
